May your toast be hot melted butter and your mashed avocado ripped tomato topped with sea salt amen.Yes, that’s a little prayer I do before I eat this favorite sandwich of mine.I know it a bit too much but I love my food.

So I thought  I would share my favorite sandwich it’s easy and healthy and so filling.

Recipe
 
Two slices low GI oats & seed loaf
 
One ripe avocado
One small onion
Lemon juice
 
Sea Salt
One ripe tomato
Black pepper

Cut the ripe avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the ripe flesh into a bowl, add a 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice to keep the avo from discolouration, and add a pinch of sea salt to taste.  Mash the ingredients together using a fork, keeping the texture slightly chunky.Spread 1/2 of the mash on one slice of toast and the remaining half on the other slice of toast. Garnish each slice with a thin slice of tomato. 

Yummy is the only thing that comes to mind from the soft avocado crunchy hot toast this will soon be your favorite as well.comment down below and tell me your go to San.
