It’s a lazy way to get full. crunchy toasted whole wheat creamy cheddar cheese and topped with tomatoes, kosher salt, and black pepper. Am getting hungry just thinking about it.

INGREDIENTS:

 
  • 2 pieces whole wheat bread
  • grated cheddar cheese
  • thinly sliced tomatoes, 
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Toast bread and spread each slice with a hand full of cheddar cheese.

Top with sliced tomatoes and desired amount of kosher salt and black pepper. 

And there you have it an easy cheese and tomato sandwich.
