There is so much about skin that is so difficult to understand. Getting good clear and clear skin is every woman dream. My main focus for the past years was getting my skin clear never mind glowing. I didn’t care if it was dry as sandpaper as long as I didn’t have any active pimples am good.
Well, I know that not healthy but if you struggle with acne you will understand where and coming from. Anyway, let us get into the on things I do to get clear skin.
1 | Add vitamin C to your routine.
When I mean add good old vitamin C it doesn’t have to be a skincare product it could be a supplement. Vitamin C is the main ingredient of collagen. Collagen metabolism is a key attribute of healthy, radiant and younger skin. That is why it is found in high potentate skincare product like serums.
2| Switch to a chemical exfoliator.
If I could tell you anything in its post is that my discovery of chemical exfoliators has made my skin look and feel so good. Glycolic Acid is the holy grail for exfoliation, effectively removing the outermost layer of dead cells from the complexion, revealing brighter, fresher skin.
3 | Sunscreen all-day-everyday
I might sound like a broken record but sunscreen can save you for a lot when comes to your skin. As a woman of colour sunscreen is not really something we are taught to buy or in co-operant in our routines. Keep damaging UV rays far away from your precious cells. You need to use sunscreen, every day.
Let’s get good glowing skin together. As the northern hemisphere are heading into Summer I hope mt tips we’ll help you get your summer glow much easier. Skin takes time you need to work on it every day.
