How To Regain Motivation

It’s a very difficult time we are in. Staying positive when the world is going thought it can be pretty hard. Am having a very difficult time. I sometimes have good days sometimes I have my really bad days.

I have been trying to keep busy doing things that I never get the time to do. Keeping a list of things I want to do every day has helped.

The first thing you need to do is not relax the weekend is for that. During the week we act like we are still going to work. So you get up and work out of you do and take a bath. Put on makeup to make to feel better. It doesn’t have to be a full face.

I have changed my media consumption habits staying away from the news can help. For me, I have not been of twitter. I truly find that app very negative. I stick to reading really good blog posts and creating content.

Now, I know it might be a little excessive to set myself goals while we’re in lockdown but I have learnt that life goes on. Manageable daily milestones that I can tick off to keep me on track.

In my days for not feeling like it.When my mind sort of takes over and I feel like am about to lose it. I take a break.

My all mean some feel watching Netflix all day is the best way to switch off. For me, I love reading so that’s what I do. I get my tablet and read.

Sometimes I get my thoughts out write down ideas and plans. Get a notebook and write everything down- use that as a way to prepare yourself for those days when you feel inspired.

How do you stay motivated?

Rome wasn’t built on one day so work you way up. When you start to see your accomplishments and how little effort they take, you’ll have an easier time making progress. After all, what else is there to do?

I hope everyone is staying safe I pray we get thought this
