Inch by Inch it grew I just stopped doing one thing washing my hair less often. Most people would tell me how not so hygienic that might be but its works here’s why.

Hair produces a natural oil called sebum, which shampoo strips away along with dirt and product residue. This process can dry out the hair and leave it more prone to breakage. The one thing that I did was to over wash my hair because I have a huge dandruff problem so washing my hair helped with my dandruff but hurting my growth process.

Over-washing can dry out your hair, so the less you shampoo, the more hydrated it will be and the longer it will grow without breaking. When you do shampoo, consider a sulfate-free formula; they often contain less harsh detergents, or none at all, and therefore help preserve your hair’s natural oils.Shampoo strips your hair of natural oils. Obviously, this is why you’re using it in the first place: to make your hair less oily. But its uncommon to have extremely oily hair all the way to the hair-ends. Try skipping a shampooing once a week, or shampoo only the scalp. Don’t ever skip conditioning it.

Allow some oils to remain in your hair is a good thing! This post will follow with a video on my YouTube channel so subscribe .Until next time.
