While everyone is reaching for an English breakfast I opp for a hot blow of oatmeal. Yes, It’s my weakness it triggers childhood memories it makes me fill good and warm. A hot meal and half done that’s how I take mine,…Its weird I know most people would have it soft and overcooked but I like mine half done…Adding flex seeds or a banana its also something I love to add in.

Am not the most healthy person hence I add a bit more sugar (brown sugar that is ) in my oatmeal. Since I have made some very big diet changes due to my ance journey I don’t go that heavy with the milk sadly enough.
