The Two Day Rule by Matt D'Avella.
It all comes down to finding what works or you. I have been struggling for years not knowing how to crack this laziness. While everyone is busy cutting away and making vision broads all I want to do is develop better habits.
On a late-night, you will find me watching a video about breaking habits. They all tell you that same thing but non really give to practical rules. Till I came across a video about the two-day rule by Matt D’Avella.His youtube channel has really made me look at myself very differently. I really enjoy his content. We always feel that the rules are a thief to joy while we are younger but today they helping me get things done.
The rule is simple and can be applied to anything you want to achieve. Writing and content creation in general ha been my biggest problem. I just couldn’t get things done till now.
The rule is simple: don’t skip two days straight without doing something you committed to doing. You can have a day off but never two days off. You have no idea hoe effect this rule is to me. So I write on my blog every day now and it was the most difficult thing to do because of time. Matt D’Avella has truly given me a way to crake my laziness watch the video here.
Now that am putting this rule to practice I can even start going to the gym and other things that I couldn’t bring myself to doing. What ways do to crake your laziness? comment down below.
