WINTER SKINCARE

I honestly sometimes find skincare such hard work. You Know mask, cleanse & remove that makeup before you head to bed. It can be a bit too much. Over the years I have built a good relationship with my skin. I know what she likes and how to properly treat her.

Less is more …

When it comes to my skin the less is more. I have had to worst acne and using different products have been not so good. My approach to skincare is more scientific-based. I use active in my routine.

Most humans tend to change things up in winter, but this time around I have decided to level my skincare routine the same. The only thing I would be adding is masking more.

I find makes a very good treatment for your skin once a week. You get a boost of hydration or that extra glow.

In the wintertime, my skin tends to become very dry. Which is dew to the acids am using and the weather. I live in Johannesburg and our winters are very dry. I have done an updated skincare routine. Where you would see how simple my skincare has been.

Step 1 | SPOT CONTROL WASH

Spot Control Face Wash\\ R64 This refreshing face wash cleans pore deep to help prevent spots and reduce excess oiliness, leaving your skin feeling smooth and calm. With Bio-Active Rooibos and baobab extracts.

Step 2 | TONER

Toner // R62 This mild toner has salicylic acid to reduce outbreaks of spots, Bio-Active Rooibos, witch-hazel and baobab extracts to leave your skin feeling calm and oil-free.

Step 3 | Dual-Action Moisturiser

Dual-Action Moisturiser\\ R56 Problem skins and oily skins need moisture too. This non-greasy dual-action moisturiser has Bio-Active Rooibos to soothe and calm irritated skin and baobab extract to help reduce oiliness and shiny skin. Salicylic acid helps prevent problem skin by removing surface cells that clog pores causing spots and drying out pimples.

So that is the Breck down of all the products being currently using for my skin. My skincare routine has become much more simple. I use a lot of fewer skincare products now than a few months back. Its the best skincare range for the acne babe. I have never had a problem with this skincare range. They have extended to the range by adding Micellar Eye Makeup Remover and Pore-Clearing Scrub. Thank you for reading happy skincare.
